Welcome to VIP! If you haven’t heard from me already, you will very soon. I’m here to help make your transition as smooth and easy as possible by guiding you through the onboarding process and keeping you clear on your next steps. Think of me as your go-to contact for questions, concerns, or anything that doesn’t quite make sense. Whether you need help setting up your computer equipment, completing your HR documentation, or connecting with the right department, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Be on the lookout for an email from HR with your Day 1 schedule. It will be sent one to three days before your start date and will include a few scheduled meetings to activate you in our systems. You’ll also attend an introductory training session, meet the Training team, learn how to navigate our systems, and begin your training videos.
